01What types of loans do you offer?
We provide four core programs: Ground-up construction, Fix & Flip, DSCR / Rental, and Bridge. Each is designed for speed and flexibility depending on your project.
02How fast can I get funded?
Terms come back in 24 hours or less. From accepted terms to funded, most deals close in 5–14 days depending on program and appraisal timing. Bridge deals can fund in 5–7 days.
03What are your minimum and maximum loan amounts?
Minimum is $125k on Fix & Flip. Maximum is $10M on Ground-up. Most of our deals fall between $250K and $5M.
04Do you lend to first-time investors?
Yes, we do! While first time investors don’t always get maximum leverage, we have some great programs including a Ground Up program that lets you use your GC’s experience to qualify.
05Do you require tax returns or bank statements?
No tax returns required on any program. We underwrite on the deal, the property, your experience, and a credit pull. We’ll ask for 2 months of bank statements to verify reserves.
06What states do you lend in?
We currently lend in 46 states. We don’t lend in AK, UT, NV, OR. Arizona, Texas, Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee are our highest-volume markets.
